Leadership

Jayadhruti Technologies is led by Mrs. S. Shyamala Narayani, a dynamic leader with an exceptional academic and professional background.

She holds:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT), Durgapur
M.E. in Construction Management from Dr. MGR University, Chennai
MBA in Technology Management from Anna University, Chennai

Mrs. Narayani began her career as a Site Engineer at Gammon India, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. She later transitioned into academia—her true passion—where she built a strong career mentoring and inspiring students. Through years of teaching and guiding aspiring professionals, she has played a key role in shaping many successful careers.

Her talent extends beyond academics and leadership. She is a celebrated sportsperson who held the title of Athletics Champion for three consecutive years during her engineering days—a remarkable university record. She is also trained in Indian classical music and is an accomplished vocalist and violinist.

Her diverse achievements, strong leadership, and commitment to excellence drive the vision and values of Jayadhruti Technologies.
